How does an OSSBuy spreadsheet work?
An OSSBuy spreadsheet is a list of product links. Use it to find items you like, open their current product pages and save the size, color and version you want. You place and pay for the order through your chosen shopping service. Your shopping service handles receiving the item and arranging overseas shipping. Check which inspection services are included. Opening a product link or viewing photos does not place an order.
The useful sequence is: choose a category, compare the listing and size, save the purchase reference, order the exact option, review your received item, then arrange international shipping. Resolve a missing detail before moving to the next stage.
1. Choose a category and build a small shortlist
Open homepage categories and choose the item type you need. On the homepage, Popular Products can be narrowed to shoes, clothing or bags and accessories. The search box opens an external product search in a new tab; it does not search these guide articles.
Compare two or three suitable products first. Use the listed price, measurements and available quality-check (QC) photos to narrow your choice. QC photos show items photographed during a warehouse check. A larger QC count means more reference photos are available, not a higher quality score.
For example, if you need a plain hoodie, decide the color, chest width and spending limit first. A different colorway or a lower advertised price is not a substitute for matching those requirements.
2. Open the product and confirm the selected option
Product cards open the destination product page in a new tab. Keep the category page open so you can compare another candidate without losing your place. Check the name, seller reference, current stock, selected color, size and version; similar photographs can describe different listings.
The directory’s CNY prices and QC availability were checked on 26 October 2026. Use the amount currently shown for your selected option when budgeting. Check whether the pictured accessories are included and whether selecting a different size changes the price.
Use the sizing guide to compare a garment you own with the listing’s chart. Wait to order if the size chart is missing or you cannot tell how the measurements were taken.
3. Record a purchase note you can check later
| Field | What to save |
|---|---|
| Product reference | Current product URL and the seller or item ID when available. |
| Exact option | Color, size, version, quantity and included accessories. |
| Fit evidence | The listing chart and your comparison measurements in the same units. |
| Costs | Current item price, domestic shipping and the time you checked them. |
| Open questions | Missing photos, unclear measurements, return eligibility or shipping restrictions. |
Keep seller photos, other customers’ QC references and your eventual order photos separate. Do not attach an old inspection result to a replacement listing just because the front image looks the same.
4. Submit the exact item through your buying service
Check what the destination listing provides: a marketplace seller URL, an agent-specific purchase option or another supported order reference. Use the product link or item number your shopping service accepts. Your shopping service may need the seller’s product link rather than the directory page. Check which link it accepts, and save the size, color and version separately.
- Open or submit the accepted purchase reference in your buying account.
- Match the item, seller and option against your note.
- Enter quantity and any essential size or color instructions.
- Review item price, domestic shipping, service charges and return restrictions.
- Pay only after the displayed order matches your intended purchase.
That payment does not necessarily include international shipping. Build a delivered budget using the cost breakdown before committing to the item.
5. Review your warehouse item before shipping
After receipt, review the inspection information available for your own order. Check the selected size and color, quantity, visible condition and any requested measurements. Reference QC photos from a product page can help you decide what to request, but they do not prove what arrived for you.
Use the QC decision checklist. If a label is unreadable, request a clearer image; if the received option is wrong, keep the item out of a parcel and raise a return or exchange request promptly. An unanswered photo request should not be treated as an extension of the return window.
6. Pack, compare routes and follow the parcel
Group only accepted items for consolidation. Confirm the recipient, contents, packed weight and dimensions, then compare eligible shipping routes for the actual destination. Check included charges and any packing or protection options before paying the international leg.
Keep the purchase order, domestic tracking and international parcel references in your notes. They describe different stages of the journey. The tracking guide explains which one to use when an item or parcel stops updating.
When a saved product link no longer matches
Return to the relevant category and find a current candidate. Compare its seller reference, option, measurements and cost again. Do not treat the new page as an automatic continuation of the old purchase; its QC references and return terms may be different.
If the page still opens but resets the option, work through the why a hoodie link opens the wrong color or size example before treating it as a replacement item.
If you have already paid for an order, preserve its receipt and reference instead of trying to repair it by placing another order. Ask about that existing order first so a broken discovery link does not turn into a duplicate purchase.
